SCGA CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
92ND SCGA AMATEUR NET CHAMPIONSHIP
April 13-14, 2026
Steele Canyon GC (Ranch/Vineyard) – Arroyo & Mission Flights
Singing Hills GR (Oak Glen) – Pacific & San Andreas Flights
All participants must have: 1) an active SCGA Membership and 2) a Golf Genius profile to register for an event. These requirements apply to all attendees.
CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
- 36 holes; net stroke play.
- Entrants will be divided evenly into flights based on Handicap Index after entries close.
- Playing Handicaps will be determined based on 95% of each player’s Course Handicap.
- The SCGA Championship & Golf Operations Committee reserves the right to adjust a player’s course handicap at any time before or during the competition.
- 156 players will compete in this championship.
Monday, April 13: Round 1 (18 holes)
Tuesday, April 14: Round 2 (18 holes)
All players will participate in an 18-hole, net stroke-play qualifying round.

Monday, March 23: El Camino CC, Oceanside
Monday, March 23: Rancho Park GC, Los Angeles
Thursday, March 26: Temecula Creek GC (Oaks/Creek), Temecula
NOTE: Players may only attempt to qualify once.
ELIGIBILITY: This championship is open to amateurs with an established Handicap Index who are active members of a SCGA member club that is currently certified under World Handicap System requirements.
ENTRIES OPEN: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, February 22, 2026
CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION & PAIRINGS: Complete tournament details, including information about practice rounds, pairings, starting times, and yardages, will be emailed and posted on scga.org after entries close.

TRANSPORTATION: Golf carts are optional at the player’s expense. There will be a maximum of two carts per group and two bags per cart. Players wishing to ride will be expected to share a cart with another player. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age (or older if club policy dictates).
ENTRY FEE: $150 (individuals who qualify will be charged an additional $100 championship fee)
LATE ENTRIES: The SCGA accepts late entries, provided space is still available for the event. Late entries will incur an additional $20 fee and will only be accepted over the phone or by email.
REFUND POLICY: Requests for refunds before the entry closing date will be honored less a $20 administrative fee. Requests received after the entry closing date and 48 hours before the event will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours of the event.
